Exchange Policy

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order by contacting us at service@bowymade.com.

Once you have notified us of your intention to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, and include all original tags.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, or upon receiving satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned, we will process a refund to the original method of payment for the value of the returned products. Original shipping charges may be refunded where required by applicable law. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

EU customers may request cancellation of an order at any time before the order has been fulfilled. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, customers may exercise their Right of Withdrawal as outlined above.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been personalised, customised, or otherwise exempt from return under applicable European consumer protection laws.

 

Store Credit:

The following Store Credit policy applies to customers outside the European Union unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

If you have an item you wish to send back to change the size or colour please send your item/s back to the address listed below after contacting us on service@bowymade.com

You have one week from the day your receive your package to contact our customer care team to have the parcel shipped back within this time frame.

  • Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. 

Once your item has been received back to us it will be processed and a store credit will be issued to the value of your return.
You can then use this credit to re purchase in a new size that you desire.

Please note : We do not offer exchanges, only store credits. This is due to the high demand we have for our products we cannot always guarantee a size or colour will be available when your return is received. 

 

How to use the store credit :

The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. This code must then be applied at the checkout and the value of the card will be applied to your order. Please ensure this is applied before proceeding to confirm the order. 

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if your item are faulty.

Bowy Made does not offer refunds for change of mind except where required by applicable consumer law, including for eligible customers located in the European Union.

Bowy Made will provide remedies for faulty products in accordance with applicable consumer laws, including repair, replacement, store credit or refund where required.

- please ensure all garments are returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed. Along with all original tags attached. 

 

Important :

Allow 72 hours for a reply within our business hours. To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging upon return. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed inside stating your order number.

If you find an item to be faulty upon its arrival, do not use or wear the item as this will void its ability to be returned. Please email us (service@bowymade.com) with evidence of the perceived fault and we will arrange for it’s return.  

 

Postage:

Bowy Made do not cover the return postage costs. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense. 

We recommend using a service that allows tracking. We also recommend that you use a service that allows you to track the item. Ensuring you take note of the tracking number.

Bowy Made are in no way liable/ responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Refund:


In the event a refund must be processed, the funds must be refunded back to the original card/form of payment.
